Williamson’s Caramel Color 250 is an extra-strength, positively charged caramel color. Applications include gravies, soups, sauces and pet foods. The low viscosity of No. 250 results in minimal container residue loss, improved solubility and eliminates the need to preheat containers to improve flowability.

- Shelf life is based on storing the product sealed, in ambient storage conditions. Ambient conditions are 75 Degrees F (24 Degrees C) with a relative humidity of 60%.
